Nima Farchadi is a marine conservation ecologist and postdoctoral researcher with joint appointments in the Conservation Ecology Lab (SDSU) and Marine Predators Group (WHOI). His work centers on using quantitative tools to explore dynamic species and seascapes in the context of ecological forecasting and climate change. He works with Dr. Rebecca Lewison at IEMM and Dr. Camrin Braun (WHOI) to generate actionable science at the interface of research and management to advance marine conservation, spatial management, and sustainable ocean uses.
